Among the various socio-economic problems, lack of education is an important issue in India. Only 12% of our population complete higher education and as many as 60 million kids between the ages of 6 and 14 are not in school. Educated population forms the backbone of a developing nation. And what matters more is the availability of quality of education, especially in regions away from metro cities. High quality education thus still remains a dream for many children.
We at ACG Cares Foundation believe that we can make a difference in the lives of such kids by facilitating provision of high quality education at the primary level while improving the current standard of infrastructure that will help in increasing the number of kids in school and reduce current drop-out rates
